Can be done in the second trimester for low-risk pregnancies.

• Prepare the body and nervous system for the intensity of labor

Postpartum Spa Service

Can be done 10 days postpartum

• Herbal foot soak and foot refloxology in copper foot basin 

• Full body herbal steam or herbal sitz bath 

• Warming banana leaf body treatment 

• Gentle Hilot Touch Manipulation

• Space for processing difficult birth experiences /birth trauma with a doula 

• Restore and replenish the body after birth and support recovery and healing for postpartum
